Open Google Pay → Tap your profile picture → Bank account → Select your bank → Change UPI PIN → Verify with debit card details → Set new UPI PIN. Ensure you remember the new PIN for future transactions.

While individual transaction deletion isn't available, you can clear payment activity visibility. Go to Google Pay settings → Privacy & security → Payment activity → Manage activity. Complete deletion requires contacting Google support.
